Alliance Theatre Community Ticket Pass

The Alliance Theatre Georgia Libraries Community Pass allows up to four (4) free admissions to performances at the Alliance on the Hertz and Coca-Cola Stages.


  • The Pass is good for two (2) admissions to shows specifically designated for the Hertz Stage or Coca-Cola Stage OR it is good for four (4) admissions to a Family Series performance.
  • The Pass MUST be presented at the Alliance Theatre along with the tickets to the performance.
  • The pass may not be used for other performances, classes, camps, programming, or events.
  • Tickets for performances are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • To redeem the pass for your free tickets, visit alliancetheatre.org.
    • Select your desired performance, date, and time.
    • In the point of sale process to receive your four (4) tickets, use the promo code on the pass itself to activate access to the free tickets.
  • Free tickets may not be transferred to someone else.
  • Plan accordingly to arrive early for performance, at least 30 minutes.
    Expect crowds for your chosen performance.


Hawks “Check it Out” Reading Challenge

Check It Out Reading Challenge is available to children and young adults, grades K-12.

Participants must check out and read five (5) books—the type of book is not specifically defined, but it is heavily encouraged participants read books on athletics, health, sportsmanship, basketball, sports history, etc. Participants then visit hawks.com/checkitoutreading, fill out the form, and with the purchase of an adult ticket they receive a free youth ticket to one (1) select Hawks game.

Patrons will begin receiving their tickets via email after October 31.

The Atlanta History Center

When checked out and taken to the Atlanta History Center, the Pass is good for six (6) free admissions to the museum. 

  • The Pass is presented at the museum for the free admissions OR patrons can pre-purchase tickets online with the Center’s website using the code on the back of the pass itself.  The pass MUST be presented along with the online purchased tickets to gain free admissions.  
  • The Pass is for general admission only and is not valid for special events or exhibits.
  • The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days. 
  • The Family Pass may be renewed once.

The Breman Museum Family Pass

When checked out and taken to the Breman, the Family Pass is good for four (4) free admissions to the museum.  The Family Pass is for general admission only, and is not valid for special events or exhibits.  The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.  The Family pass may be renewed once.  

Visit the Breman’s website for hours as they are different than what is printed on the pass and are subject to change.

The Breman is open on Sundays ONLY, 10 AM – 4 PM. All visitors must reserve their tickets online before visiting the museum by following this link.   Patrons MUST take the Pass to the Museum to fully redeem their free admissions.  Patrons using the pass need to fill out all of the information on the ticket form.  When prompted to  choose which ticket they are purchasing, patrons need to use the Third Party Tickets option and input the number of people using the Pass (4 max). The Family Pass is listed as one of those options. They then complete the transaction by clicking SHOW TOTAL. There should be no charge shown.

Center for Puppetry Arts – Passport to Puppetry

Georgia families can now pay a free visit to Big Bird, the Fraggles, Wayland Flowers’ Madame, and a host of other popular puppet characters by using a library card.  The Passport admits four (4) people to the World of Puppetry Museum OR a patron can receive a 25% discount on an All-Inclusive Ticket. By using the code LIBRARY, patrons may prepurchase their All-Inclusive ticket online in advance of their visit at www.puppet.org/buy-tickets.

An All-Inclusive ticket is for one (1) person and includes:  a Family Series Performance, a Create-A-Puppet Workshop, and the admission to the Museum.

Chattahoochee Nature Center Family Pass

When checked out and taken to the Chattahoochee Nature Center, the Family Pass is good for four (4) free admissions to the Center.

The Family Pass is for general admission only, and is not valid for special events or exhibits.

The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.

The Family Pass may be renewed once.

Holds are not allowed.

Pass can only be checked out once every four months per household.

Computer Museum of America

The Museum features technology dating back to the turn of the century up to the current year. Notable pieces in the museum are the numerous super computers, an Enigma Machine, Apollo 11 computers, rotary and mobile phones, video games, advertisements, and plenty of other items that are sure to bring a flood of memories.

When checked out and taken to the CMOA, the Pass is good for four (4) free admissions to the museum.

  • The Pass is for general admission only and is not valid for special events or exhibits. 
  • The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The Family Pass may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed

Georgia Aquarium Library Discount

Public libraries in Georgia receive a special discount to the Georgia Aquarium.  The Aquarium does offer some discounts of its own, but the Library Discount is available at all times.  The Library Discount is obtained by visiting https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/club-fish/greater-atlanta-libraries/

Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites ParkPass/Historic Site Family Pass and Discovery Backpack

The ParkPass consists of a hanging tag that allows free parking at all of Georgia’s state parks and historic sites as well as the Historic Site Family Pass that allows two (2) free admissions into any of Georgia’s historic sites.

  • The passes have a circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The passes may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed.

The Discovery Backpack consists of a backpack with binoculars and three foldout, weatherproof guides: Georgia’s Trees; Georgia’s Wildlife; Georgia’s Trees and Wildflowers.

  • The Discovery Backpack has has a circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The backpack may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed.

Go Fish Education Center Family Pass

Pass Loan Program

The Family Pass allows up to four (4) free admissions to the Go Fish Education Center.

  • The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The Family Pass may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed.

The Family Pass may only be checked out by family once every six months. The Center reserves the right to deny entry to patrons who continually check out the Pass.

Kill-A-Watt Meter

The Kill-A-Watt Meter  allows patrons to monitor their energy usage at home in the hopes of reducing power their bills and fostering energy conservation.

  • The Kill-A-Watt meter has a circulation period of fourteen (14) days.
  • The Kill-A-Watt meter may be renewed twice.
  • Holds are not allowed.

Macon Museum Pass and Macon Banner Exhibit

(Georgia Sports Hall of Fame, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Tubman Museum)

The Macon Museum Pass admits up to four (4) people to the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame, Museum of Arts and Sciences, and Tubman Museum.

  • The Family Pass is for general admission only, and is not valid for special events or exhibits.
  • The Macon Museum Pass has circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The Macon Museum Pass may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed.

Michael C. Carlos Museum Family Pass

When checked out, the Pass is taken to the Michael C. Carlos Museum on the Emory University campus where it allows up to six (6) free admissions to the museum.  Children must be accompanied by parents.

  • The Family Pass is general admission only and cannot be used for other museum offers such as renting the audio tour or special exhibits or special programming.
  • The Family Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days.
  • The Family Pass may be renewed once.
  • Holds are not allowed.

Radon Testing Kit

The Radon Testing Kit, provided through a partnership with The University of GA Extension office includes one Radon monitor and instruction sheet to guide you through the testing process.

  • The kit has a circulation period of  fourteen (14) days with two (2) renewals
  • Each radon kit comes with a slip of paper with two (2) QR codes: one leading patrons to a How To video, the other leading them to a website where they can log their results.
  • Radon testing within a home takes two weeks.

Shakespeare Tavern

The Family Theatre Pass allows for up to four (4) free tickets to a performance at the Shakespeare Tavern or it can be used for four (4) free box seat tickets to a tiered seating performance.

  • The Family Theatre Pass MUST be presented at the Shakespeare Tavern Box Office to receive free tickets.
  • All tickets redeemed using the Family Theatre Pass are for general admissions ONLY and may not be used for special events or food or beverages. Other restrictions may apply.
  • Tickets are available on first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available for closing weekend performances or non-Atlanta Shakespeare Company productions, such as companies renting the Playhouse.
  • Free tickets may not be transferred to someone else.
  • The Pass has a circulation period of seven (7) days including one renewal, so the Pass can be available for fourteen (14) days.
  • Tickets available through the Pass are ONLY available within the fourteen (14) day circulation period, so patrons MAY NOT select a performance any further out than those fourteen (14) days the pass is available.
  • There is a limit of one (1) performance per circulation. Renewing the Pass does not allow for an additional performance.

Zoo Atlanta

The Zoo Atlanta Family allows for up to four (4) free admissions to the Atlanta Zoo.
